Can the system guarantee a slot?

No! The system books slots only when someone cancels or the consulate releases new slots — neither is under our control. Anyone who promises a guaranteed slot is most likely a scammer.

Is there a limit on booking range?

No limit! We have one of the most competitive systems on the market — we can secure near-term slots in any city and accept any date range you configure.

How many cities can I select?

You can select all of them — no limit. More cities = higher chance of booking!

Question 4

How should I choose the date range?

Accepted Answer

We recommend setting the date range to the widest range you can accept! When the system detects available dates, it will randomly book within that range. If the range is too narrow, nearby available slots will simply be skipped — the system ignores them.

How should I choose dates to avoid?

Interview times from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. are generally fine — the consulate doesn't strictly enforce time, as long as security lets you in. Don't exclude too many dates, or your booking probability drops significantly.

Do I need to cancel my existing appointment?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily! If you want to keep your current appointment as a backup, you don't need to cancel. But if it's very far out (e.g. a year away), feel free to cancel — that lets us secure a closer slot faster.

Question 7

Can I book only one person? Can I reschedule only one person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Log in to AIS, find the applicant you want to split off, click the gear icon, then click "remove". ⚠️ This action is irreversible! If you want everyone to interview together, do NOT do this.

Question 8

Can two people get the same interview date?

Accepted Answer

If two people are in the same group, they'll always get the same date. If they're in different groups or accounts, it's only a probability — we can't guarantee it. Slot releases are random with no pattern.

What time are interviews held?

Accepted Answer

Consulates are closed on weekends. Interviews run 7am–12pm; Toronto consulate occasionally has afternoon slots.

Can I use multiple agencies in parallel?

Not recommended. (1) Account ban risk — excessive AIS requests can trigger rate limits. (2) If both agencies grab a slot at the same time, you'll be charged by both. If you accept these risks, you can proceed.

Why does the visa fee expire?

Accepted Answer

The visa fee has a one-year validity, meaning you must confirm an appointment within one year. You can still book dates beyond one year, but you must confirm an appointment before your visa fee expires.

PR vs non-PR — what's the difference?

1. Same platform price — only the 99 CAD/applicant service fee. 2. PR and non-PR use different AIS channels; PR usually gets faster slots and earlier dates.

Question 13

Is there a limit on reschedules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As of early 2026, AIS policy changed — reschedules are now capped at 3. After 3 reschedules you can no longer use the system. You will need to: 1. Cancel your current appointment (if any); 2. Repay the visa fee; 3. Place a new order. We also recommend not booking dates more than a year out unless necessary — it just wastes reschedule attempts.

What if I miss my appointment?

No problem! Skipping the interview doesn't affect your visa application and you don't need to repay the visa fee. If your current appointment is too close to reschedule, wait one day past the interview date, then click "Missed my appointment" on AIS to rebook.
