Do I need to cancel my existing appointment?+
Not necessarily! If you want to keep your current appointment as a backup, you don't need to cancel. But if it's very far out (e.g. a year away), feel free to cancel — that lets us secure a closer slot faster.
Can I book only one person? Can I reschedule only one person?+
Yes. Log in to AIS, find the applicant you want to split off, click the gear icon, then click "remove". ⚠️ This action is irreversible! If you want everyone to interview together, do NOT do this.
Can two people get the same interview date?+
If two people are in the same group, they'll always get the same date. If they're in different groups or accounts, it's only a probability — we can't guarantee it. Slot releases are random with no pattern.
What time are interviews held?+
Consulates are closed on weekends. Interviews run 7am–12pm; Toronto consulate occasionally has afternoon slots.
Can I use multiple agencies in parallel?+
Not recommended. (1) Account ban risk — excessive AIS requests can trigger rate limits. (2) If both agencies grab a slot at the same time, you'll be charged by both. If you accept these risks, you can proceed.
