Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-26
These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and meiqian.ca (the platform operator). By using this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
1. Service Definition
meiqian.ca provides automated US visa AIS booking service: our system uses your AIS credentials to log in to AIS, and 7×24 monitors and attempts to book interview slots based on your specified target cities and date range.
We are not a US visa agent. We do not file your visa application (DS-160), do not represent you at interviews, and do not provide visa consulting. We only automate the AIS slot booking step.
2. Customer Obligations
By using this service, you agree:
• To provide truthful, accurate, and complete AIS account and applicant information
• That you or the applicants you represent are the legitimate users of the AIS account
• Not to abuse the service (no automated bulk ordering, no exploiting system vulnerabilities, no reverse engineering)
• You are 18+ (minors require consent from a legal guardian)
• To comply with Canadian and US laws and not use this service for any unlawful activity
3. Service Fees
• Service fee: your selected plan's unit price × actual AIS group size (Standard 99 CAD/person, VIP Express promo 169 CAD/person) — the unit price is locked and shown at checkout, plus applicable GST/HST based on your billing address
• Card on file, charged when booked: you save a card securely via Stripe when ordering (nothing charged at that step). When we book a slot within your selected range, the amount above is charged automatically and your booking confirmation is emailed immediately. No slot, no charge; cancel for free anytime before a slot is booked.
• If the automatic charge fails, we'll email a payment link (credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Alipay) — please pay within 24 hours or the slot may be cancelled
• VIP Express includes unlimited rescheduling: after booking, place a new order anytime to move earlier — no extra charge
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
• Failures, maintenance, policy changes, or unavailability of the AIS system itself
• Changes in US visa policy
• Issues with your AIS account (locked, exceeded rebook limit, etc.)
• Booking failures caused by incorrect information you provided
• Slot cancellation due to your failure to pay on time
• Consequences of you not attending the booked interview
Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee amount you have paid.
5. Warranties
We warrant:
• Your AIS credentials are protected with appropriate security measures and used only to operate the booking service
• You are not charged unless we successfully book your slot
• We do not sell your personal information to any third party (see Privacy Policy)
We do not warrant:
• 100% success in booking your specified target time (depends on actual AIS slot release)
• Faster booking than other tools
• That you will pass the visa interview (interview outcome is determined by the consulate, unrelated to us)
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruption or failure caused by:
• Failures of third-party infrastructure providers (payment / email / CDN, etc.)
• AIS system maintenance, policy changes, or inaccessibility
• Network failures, natural disasters, government action, war, strikes, etc.
• US-China relations or visa policy changes
For orders affected during such periods, we will negotiate service extension or waive fees on a case-by-case basis.
7. Termination
You may cancel your order via dashboard at any time before a slot is booked. After a slot is booked, self-cancellation is not available — contact [email protected] to discuss.
We reserve the right to terminate service if:
• You breach these Terms
• You provide false information or abuse the service
• Persistent abnormal order activity (e.g. mass repeat orders, system-detected anomalies)
Upon termination, we will determine whether to refund paid fees on a case-by-case basis (see Refund Policy).
8. Refund Policy
We charge only after we book your slot. No booking, no charge.
Once a slot is booked, the service is considered delivered. Refunds are generally not provided.
In rare special circumstances (Stripe duplicate charge, a major infrastructure outage preventing service delivery), email [email protected] to request manual processing by admin.
See the dedicated Refund Policy page for details.
9. Dispute Resolution
For any service dispute, please first contact [email protected] to negotiate. We respond within 14 days.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by the courts of Ontario, Canada. You agree to seek resolution primarily through Canadian legal procedures rather than US or other jurisdictions.
You retain the right to file complaints with Stripe (payment disputes), Canadian consumer protection agencies, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
If you are a Quebec resident, you also benefit from the additional protections of the Quebec Civil Code and Law 25.
If you are an EU/UK resident, you have additional protections under GDPR / UK GDPR (see Privacy Policy).
If any clause of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change takes effect. Material changes (e.g. service fees, refund policy) require your reconfirmation.
Your continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use and contact [email protected].
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy together constitute the complete legal agreement between you and us, superseding any prior oral or written understandings.
If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the service.
